Pulaski County law enforcement officials have launched an investigation into a weekend incident concerning video and audio discs that were hand-delivered to every but one of the eight Pulaski County Special School District board members. The video allegedly shows board member Gwen Williams of McAlmont in an exchange of money with a concrete vendor.
